2. RATES
Our rates are inclusive of 8% SST but are subject to change according to government regulations.

3. TOURISM TAX
Tourism tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room per night applies for non-Malaysians. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents of Malaysia with MyPR will be exempted.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Refundable deposit of MYR 200.00nett per room per stay is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to any miscellaneous expenses incurred during the stay.

5. PAYMENT INFORMATION
All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All reservations require full payment upon confirmation of Booking, and this payment is non-refundable. Payment can be made by Credit Card or Telegraphic Transfer. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Union Pay, and AMEX. Credit cards will be charged in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) using the daily BBR (Bankers Buyers Rate).

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and this payment is non-refundable. In the event of no-show, a full length of the total rooms reserved shall be charged.

7. PARKING
For The Lumpang Resort guest, free parking available in front of the resort.

8. BREAKFAST
We are serving breakfast with a la carte order at The Lumpang.co Cafe (in between 8am - 10:00am).

9. RESPONSIBILITY
The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or booking made for a customer. The company also reserves the right to decline acceptance or retain any customer if it appears that such person is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others at the hotel. The Lumpang Resort reserves the right to change the T&C at any time without prior notice.
