1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time: 2:00pm
Check-out time: 12:00pm
Early Check-In and Late Check-outs are subject to room availability and occupancy with applicable charges.
2. GUEST POLICY
- Only registered guests are allowed within the resort premises.
- Bringing in outside visitors who are not staying at the resort will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or a fine.
3. RATES
Our rates are inclusive of 8% SST but are subject to change according to government regulations.
4. TOURISM TAX
Tourism tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room per night applies for non-Malaysians. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents of Malaysia with MyPR will be exempted.
5. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Refundable deposit of MYR 200 nett per room per stay is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to any miscellaneous expenses incurred during the stay.
6. PAYMENT INFORMATION
All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All reservations require full payment upon confirmation of Booking, and this payment is non-refundable. Payment can be made by Credit Card or Telegraphic Transfer. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Union Pay, and AMEX. Credit cards will be charged in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) using the daily BBR (Bankers Buyers Rate).
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and this payment is non-refundable. In the event of no-show, a full length of the total rooms reserved shall be charged.
8. PARKING & BUGGY SERVICE
For The Lumpang Resort staying guest, free parking is available in front of the resort. You may call Reception (010-271 2088) to request for Buggy Service.
9. TEATIME & BREAKFAST
We are serving teatime (2:30pm - 4:30pm) and breakfast (7:30am - 10:00am) with unlimited a la carte order at Nanyang House.
10. RESPONSIBILITY
The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or booking made for a customer. The company also reserves the right to decline acceptance or retain any customer if it appears that such person is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others at the hotel. The Lumpang Resort reserves the right to change the T&C at any time without prior notice.
11. DURIAN FARM POLICY
- Guests are not allowed to pick durians from the trees or collect fallen durians from the ground.
- If a durian happens to fall near your room and you wish to purchase it, please inform our staff — we will offer you a special price.
- Failure to report or unauthorized collection of durians will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or a fine.
